July Fishing Report

On Lake Cumberland fishing conditions have improved considerably. At this time, we're pretty much assured that we are going to catch a good number of quality fish. Early morning. The fish are in the main channel from 25 to 40 feet deep. As the fish disappear from the main channel, you will find them in 40 to 50 foot of water laying on the bottom. Umbrella rigs and down rigging are producing fish most of the day. Live bait, especially shad is the best way to go at this time, early morning using planer boards from 25 to 50 foot deep, once they disappear from the main channel get in 50 foot of water and down rods them. As always, feel free to call me or text me at 270-566-0625
